Longman & Eagle is a collaboration between Cody Hudson, Robert McAdams and Peter Creig Toalson of Land and Sea Dept.
and Bruce Finkelman of 16” on center.
Located on the Longman & Eagle grounds, the Off Site Bar (or OSB) is located behind and east of the restaurant proper, right next to our small back patio. A walk up bar with it’s own outdoor area serving beer, shots, whiskey cocktails, burgers and bar snacks. The space also functions as an event space and tasting room.
On Monday evenings, our weekly SUNDAE MONDAYS party happens in the OSB with cheap beer, shots and different weekly Chicago chefs and culinary voices creating their own unique ice cream sundae with proceeds benefiting a charity of their choice.
